Facebook is still Facebook.com. Facebook was not bought out by Netlog (as the other answerers have stated), but Facebox was bought out by Netlog. Facebox was a similar site primarily for European youths. Anyway, you should be able to check under Tools | Options which sites you have blocked. It's also possible that the site may be experiencing some difficulties at this time. Try signing in at a later time or caching the site off Google (search Facebook on Google and choose to display the link as a Cache - the option will be beneath the link).
I can't get into Facebook.com. Does anyone know how to check if I've accidentally blocked it?

it is now netlog.com
there appears to be a new facebook but it isn't the same.
if You have accidentally blocked the site you can go into tools/Internet options/privacy/sites and see what sites are currently blocked on your system.
